Are children welcome and do you have a discounted rate for them?

Children of all ages allowed if they can hike for 2.5 hours.
For the most part we recommend that children be age 12 or older to participate.

If your child is under the age of 12 please contact Tati Biermas at:
tati@treelovertour.com and we'll work with you to make a responsible choice.

Where do we meet?
Once we've received the deposit, we will send you the confirmation acknowledgement with further information on how to get to the meeting point.

Where will we hike?
We´ll meet at an accessible location close to Cozumel´s forest/jungle trails and start our hike from there. The area is mostly shaded by trees, but it still can be hot - especially in the summer. We´ll be entering a non tourist area - so please be aware of nature and everything it entails (no bathroom, maybe mosquitoes and other wild life like: deer, iguanas, coati mundi´s, non-stinger melipona bees, butterflies etc...).
We´ll end our experience at the meeting point.

Who will be our guide?

A Certified Federal Nature Guide! Most of the hikes it will be Tati Biermas or an equally trained, bilingual, passionate guide.
Tati is a tree lover living in Cozumel since 2005.
In her "other job" she is a professional photographer and her hobby is nature photography. She spends every free minute in nature (with her dog) and has explored Cozumel's jungle, lagoons, secret beaches and reefs a lot.

Why is the difficulty of this tour announced with 3 of 5 (medium)?
Due to our occasionally tropical weather (hot and humid) and the uneven terrain.
